If ever there was a perfect vehicle for a passionate surfer or skater (besides the classic Volkswagen hippie van) then this Fiat concept is it.
Fiat partnered with Vans, the shoe company that is synonymous with everything skating and surfing, to bring us their concept for the ultimate skate/surf car. It features their 500L crossover car with (a lot) of Vans branding and motifs.
The radical concept car was officially unveiled at the Vans US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, California.
And while the car would probably be rad for a die-hard surfer/skater dude, fir us non beach or tar loving folk, it just kind of comes off as strange. Howver, the design is sort of cool and definitely gives us a feeling of summer loving.
The entire design of the car is clearly inspired by the Vans lifestyle manifesto: skate/surf or die. (more…)
One wouldn’t really think of the Fiat 500 as a ‘monster’ car. In fact, it’s probably one of the smallest cars available on the market. However, the new Fiat 500L has got a little more bulk to it – enough bulk to take on Godzilla.
The ad starts off with the mother of all monsters, the infamous Godzilla, making his way through a bust up city. Apparently, he’s really hungry and apparently he has quite a taste for Fiat 500’s. As someone says in the ad: “it looks like he’s craving Italian!” Cringe.
The monster then proceeds to gobble up two Fiat 500’s. However, when he spots another Fiat 500 – not realizing it’s the all new Fiat 500L – he has a bit of trouble. (more…)
Even though it is almost 80 years down the line, this Fiat 514, circa 1930, is an absolute treat!
There has always been an indescribable charm about classic cars. Some are really quirky and funny to look at, others have inspired the vintage trend, and some really make you wish you lived in the 30’s. (more…)
The latest advertisement for the 2013 Fiat 500 Abrath Cabrio is clever, beautiful and sure to grab your attention!
The ad was shot to be featured in ESPN Magazine’s ‘Body Issue’. The concept of a ‘Body Issue’ was conceived to, according to the magazine, “admire the vast potential of the human form,” and to “unapologetically stand in awe of the athletes who’ve pushed their physiques to profound frontiers” (more…)
Fiat and Gucci have joined hands and they are all set to introduce their special edition Fiat 500. The 500 features an exclusive body with chrome accents, 16-inch alloy wheels as well as the Gucci’s signature stripe on both the sides. Interior of the auto includes two-tone leather seats, gloss black trim, and plenty of Gucci branding. The vehicle will be available in white or black shades.
The Sao Paulo Motor Show saw the unveiling of Fiat’s Mio FCC III concept. What makes the vehicle special is that it was created through the process of ‘crowdsourcing’. This is a process whereby the company took the help of thousands of people who contributed their ideas and feedback online.
