The much awaited Hyundai Veloster has been spied at a hot weather testing in Death Valley. Spy pictures of the vehicle showed has less camouflage than had been anticipated.
From what we infer from the pictures, the roof slopes down to curve smoothly as it wraps itself around the cabin that has a round two piece back window. The interior can also be clearly seen in the pictures and it seems to have an adequate amount of space to fit four adult passengers comfortably.
Reports say that the Veloster coupe’s base-model will come with a 1.6-liter, direct-injection engine with 122 PS (90 kW/121 hp) and 155 Nm (114 lb-ft) of torque.
A 1.6-liter turbocharged unit will reportedly come onto markets close on its heels, which will produce a healthier 177 PS (131 kW/175 hp).
