New pictures of Buick’s 2011 GL8 minivan have recently bee released. Clearly, the Business Concept that we saw at Auto Shanghai 2009 has been a strong inspiration for the minivan. Sources say that the minivan will be revealed to the world on November 28, 2010.

The pictures reveal that the GL8 looks impressive, with a huge grille putting the finishing touches on the dramatic styling. There are also bi-xenon headlights and chrome accents adding to the look.

The interior has wood trim that works its way around the iDrive-like controller, large LCD display, and an interesting dash-mounted shifter.

Buick has said two engine options will be available – a 2.4-liter Ecotec and a 3.0-liter V6. Although no official specifications have been revealed, it can be safely assumed that the four-cylinder will produce 182 hp (136 kW / 185 PS) and 172 lb-ft (233 Nm), while the V6 gives 255 hp (190 kW / 259 PS) and 211 lb-ft (286 Nm) of torque.
