Here’s good news for who were waiting desperately to get their hands on more info on the Chrysler 200 sedan. After a carefully rationed out steady supply of pictures and teasers, Chrysler has given a lot more information of the car, which started off from the 200C concept that was shown at the Detroit Auto Show in 2009.
Looking quite a bit like its predecessor the Sebring, the 200 sedan has new front and rear lighting, new mirror and wheels. The changes have perked up the car’s silhouette considerable, despite the rear resembling the Jaguar XF.
Engine options have been confirmed by the company as being either a 2.4-liter four-cylinder linked to either a four-speed or six-speed automatic, or Chrysler’s much loved 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine.
No power specs or performance details have been released yet.
The interior is also likely to have big changes – a new instrument panel is possible, redesigned seats, for lower sound levels there will be acoustic laminated glass, and changed HVAC outlets, says Chrysler.
