Remember there had been talk of the Jota sometime back? Well, the car (also known as the Aventador LP700-4) from the Lamborghini stables is back in the news in the form of a bunch of leaked pictures.
Though heavily camouflaged, the pictures give us a fairly good idea of what the vehicle would be like. The car, tipped as a successor to Murcielago, is seen as a worthy successor to the hugely loved Murcielago.
To be driven by a fresh 6.5 liter V12 engine that returns 515 kW (700 PS / 690 bhp) and 690 Nm (509 lb-ft) of torque the car will sport a 7-speed single clutch gearbox with independent shifting rods.
The Lambo Aventador LP700-4 will be able to race from 0 to 100 km/h in a matter of just 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of around 350 km/h (217 mph). The leaked images have however not spurred the car maker to speak more about it.
