Pictures of a BMW X1 with M package accessories have been leaked. Earlier pictures of the car in a bit of camouflage were seen on the web. The X1 is a hugely popular vehicle and any update effort should be made equally impressive. Although M stands for Motorsport from what the pictures show us, the changes are mostly to the exterior design and interior stuff.
The heart of the car is expected to remain unchanged, but it may have the same 2.0 liter turbo petrol engine with four cylinders as in the X1. The changes made include new bumpers (front and rear), wheel arches, a front spoiler with mesh-grilled vents, Shadow Line trims and a monotone paint job.
The interior has also been altered in the package and now has a sport steering wheel, M-badging door sills, anthracite headliner and an M-gear shifter. The original X1 has still not landed in the U.S. This revamped X1 with M package would surely make a buzz in the market when launched. No words on pricing yet but expect for a launch early next year.
