The latest spy cam shots of the upcoming 2012 M6 Coupe as well as that of the Cabriolet models are out. The vehicles were spotted while undertaking their spring testing together. Well, the most significant thing here is that the BMW M6 Coupe appears to be less disguised this time as compared to its last appearance.
That enables us to make out more assumptions based on these spied images. At the same time, Cabriolet is in the same disguise as the last time we saw it. Based on these snaps, we are able to conclude on more details of the vehicles. M6 Coupe is expected to feature new front and rear bumpers as well as side skirts.
It is likely to feature the same engine as the one in the upcoming M5 – a 4.4 liter twin-turbo V8. The engine would produce a total output of 600 PS (592 bhp / 441 kW) and is coupled to the 7-speed DCT Drivelogic double clutch gearbox.
