Auto Shanghai 2011 had already shown us fabulous ideas from different automakers across the world. This one is no less. Taiwan-based Luxgen unveiled their Neora concept at the auto show. The novel concept similar to a Volt-ified Hyundai Sonata, comes with an attractive design with LED head lights, a panoramic glass sun roof and has smooth and sleek edges.
The interiors are spruced up with a refined look, complete with leather upholstery, wood trim, head-up display, and a nine-inch screen infotainment system.
Acceleration is provided by a 48 kWh lithium-ion battery that can generate a power up to 180 kW (241 hp / 245 PS) an electric motor that runs the front wheels. Regarding to this setup, the auto maker says the 1,600 kg (3,527 lb) concept can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds, achieves a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) and move up to 400 km (249 miles) on a single charging.
