Ferrari Super America 45 will make its debut at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. BMW has announced that the model comes up featuring a 6.0-liter six-cylinder engine, which is nothing but a 6.0-liter V12 one. The bespoke convertible was reportedly commissioned by a wealthy New Yorker.
Any resemblance to P540 Superfast Aperta? It seems so. P540 Superfast Aperta was inspired by the Carrozzeria Fantuzzi-designed Ferrari, which appeared in the movie Toby Dammit.
It was also powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine with 456 kW (620 hp) and 608 Nm of torque. Aperta has a combined fuel economy rating of 17.9L/100 km and a CO2 emissions rating of 415 g/km.
However, it is not fair to assume Ferrari Super America 45 to be purely based on Aperta model. So let’s wait till May 20, when the bespoke will be out to the world.
