As you already know, Jaguar was mulling over an entry-level model for quite a while now. The car brand has now decided to push back its entry-level model till 2015 when their redesigned XF is launched.
The new decision brings disappointment to anticipating car buffs, but the company’s Global Brand Director, Adrian Hallmark, has expressed his helplessness revealing that the company is wary that the car would have to compete with the current XF. This is because both the models would have approximately the same size and looks. Thus, for preventing the complications in the market the X-type successor for roads will not be available until the enlarged XF hits the market.
Being more positive, we hope Jaguar will have more time to refine its basic model and also have more facilities integrated to it during its release in 2016 or 2017.
